The Swan brand dates back to 1883 through its match brand association, and has a proud and long heritage.

In more recent times Swan has been a market leader in the hand rolling cigarette market manufacturing a range of high quality filter tips, cigarette papers, and lighters.

Swan invests heavily in research and development, and has recently introduced exciting new product innovations including New Improved Swan Green Papers,  Swan Combi and Swan Smooth.

The head office of Republic Technologies is in Chicago, and the European Operation is run from Perpignan France.

The company is privately owned.
