Winners of a trip to Ibiza will be sent details on how to book their trip within 28 days of receipt of claim; winners of the Best of Café del Mar CD will receive their prize in the post within 28 days. Winners of the free club entry will be contacted within 28 days regarding free entry to a participating club nearest to their address.

Terms and Conditions
1. No purchase necessary for the instant win. For the same chance of winning send a signed piece of paper with your name and address and marked ‘NPN’ to Swan ‘Clubbing’ Promotion, Dept No: NPN 6423 , PO Box 125, Uckfield, TN22 5UZ, where a random selection will be made on your behalf. Winners only will be notified by post within 28 days of receipt of entry. One entry per person per envelope.
2. No bulk or third party applications.
3. Entry only open to UK, CI, IoM residents aged 18 or over excluding employees of Swedish Match, their families and anyone connected professionally with this promotion.
4. Follow the instructions on your pack to claim your prize.
5. Automated phone line will be available 24 hours a day, however only one reference number can be checked per call. Calls are charged at the rate of 10p per minute and on average the call should last approximately 2 minutes. You will be given the opportunity to listen to these terms and conditions at an additional cost. Calls from mobile phones may cost extra.
6. Please photocopy your winning reference number and pack and send the original to make your claim.
7. Only official winning numbers / packs to be accepted. Those that are damaged, defaced, copied or defective in any way will not be accepted. Winners will be subject to a verification process.
8. Winning claims and applications must be received by 31.08.08.
9. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
10. The promoter will not be responsible for any claims or applications lost, delayed or damaged in the post.

14. There are 10 trips to Ibiza to be won. All prizes are for four people and include return economy flights from London to Ibiza, 7 nights in a 4* hotel including breakfast & evening meal, travel insurance and £600 spending money. Transfers to a UK departure airport, and additional meals are the responsibility of the winner. This trip cannot be taken over Christmas, Easter or any Bank Holidays and are offered on a subject to availability basis. All trips must be taken between 31st July 2007 and 31st October 2008. There are also 1,500 Café del Mar – The Best of CD’s and 2,500 free entries to UK Clubs to be won. Winners of the free club entry will be offered free entry to a club in their immediate vicinity as determined by their postcode. Entry is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant clubs.
15. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should a prize won not be available, however, there is no cash alternative.
