SWAN LAUNCH NEW COMBI PACKS

The UK’s number one filter, Swan, has launched a new compact and convenient pack offering consumers the best of both worlds in a handy form. Swan Combi Packs combine the UK’s most popular filters combined with a pack of new and improved Swan green papers.

This most recent innovation from Swedish Match - market leaders in the smoking requisite sector - has been applauded by the industry and consumers alike. As the latest addition to the Swan family, the new Combi Pack has been developed in response to consumer demand following extensive research.

The Combi Pack, which comes with a handy flip-top, is no wider than a packet of papers and offers consumers 50 Swan Extra Slim filters alongside a pack of 50 Swan green papers.  The streamlined pack is the ideal offering for RYO (roll your own) smokers and brings innovation into a mature category.

A recent nationwide consumer survey carried out by Swedish Match revealed that the glue is considered to be the most important element of paper, with the paper quality and thickness also a major contributing factor to purchases.  The new improved Swan papers offer ‘extra stick’ with a natural and consistent glue and a new and improved drying process has been introduced.  In addition, the papers are totally chlorine free offering a better taste, combined with a more environmentally friendly manufacturing process.  Even the running out slip has been updated to meet customer needs and now sits ten papers from the back of the pack.
