4. Only official 'Swan Vestas Golden Matches' will be accepted. Those that are damaged, tampered with, defaced, copied or defective in any way will not be accepted.
5. Winning claims and applications must be received by 31.08.09.
6. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
7. The promoter will not be responsible for any claims or entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post.
8. All entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions.
9. Winners will be required to participate in any future publicity if needed at the sole discretion of the promoter. A list of prize winners' names and counties will be available by sending an SAE to the promotion address after 31.08.09, marked Winners List.
10. The decision of the promoter is final in all matters.
11. There are 125 golden matches to be found within promotional packs, each one is worth £1,000. Winners will each receive a cheque, payable to the name given and sent to the address provided by the claimant. Cheques will be despatched within 28 days of receipt of a claim.
