Surely the best national bike championship in the world and certainly the most exciting, the British Superbikes continues to grow in popularity every year.  
Always action-packed the racing is expected to be even more so this year with a new champion guaranteed to be crowned, following the departure of the reigning BSB champion Ryuichi Kiyonari to World Superbikes and the runner-up Jonathan Rea to World Supersports.
 
Last year over 300,000 people attended the events and 2008 is all set to be an even more thrilling season, with fierce battles expected between the Ducatis, Hondas and Suzukis and extensive live coverage on British Eurosport and highlights on Channel 4.
 
The season is rapidly drawing to a close, with the last few rounds promising racing as exciting and action packed as ever.
